Their prognosis was that I would "acclimatise to the pain" and would never really regain the movement and range of motion that I had before.
I was discharged from the army and came home. After months of suffering, a chance conversation between an old school friend & I led to the most fascinating and uplifting meeting that was to turn my life upside down and get me back on track.
You see the injury itself was bad enough... but with no way to work out my daily stress and frustrations I had become bad tempered and uptight too. My old school friend understood and then said his mother’s friend, a neighbour often talked about the ancient lost secrets of her ancestors who extolled the healing virtues of massage.
